Soft Surfaces are the leading playground and sports facility surfacing installers. Specialising in the installation of wetpour flooring, multi use games areas and synthetic grass sports pitches.
Soft Surfaces approached us for website refresh. They were happy with their current website content, and the leads the website was generating, however they had recently undertaken a rebrand and needed the website to reflect the new look and feel of the business.
We began by creating a set of brand guidelines with typography styles to match the branding. We created icon sets which related to the different services which the client offered.
We gave the website a contemporary look which focused on Soft Surfaces bestselling product, Wet Pour Surfaces for children’s playgrounds. We pulled out the colours along with primary shapes to showcase the friendly and approachable nature of the company.
We then began work on the website wireframes. We developed an easy to use information architecture system, and built this into a friendly and easy to use navigation. We kept the site design clean, easy to use and friendly.
Since the launch of the new website, Soft Surfaces have seen a 57% increase in revenue from paid search and a 41% increase in transactions.
