WJB approached us for a website update and ppc marketing. Our brief was to create a website that distinctly showed the key sectors within the company, the website needed to be more UX driven in order to create conversion within 3 clicks to the enquiry page.
We started off with the construction of a sitemap with the client that clearly outlined the courses and the order of search throughout the website. We also analysed their current customer enquiries and we analysed competitor websites alongside key UX focussed websites, to understand how we can keep people on the page and converting as quickly as possible into an enquiry. We wanted to give a ‘personal’ aspect to the brand itself, with connotations of training & paperwork, therefore we created a bespoke icon set that was drawn to differentiate the areas upon the site, these anchor the customer to a sense of familiarity when returning to the website itself.View Website
